Lifetime Subscription - 2nd Device

I have two Sirius devices. On the primary account, I purchased a lifetime subscription. Is there a discount if I wanted the 2nd receiver to have the lifetime subscription?
 
C&P from another forum:

"They called to tell me today. Normally it runs $499, but they are doing a promotion for $399!!!

Also, they won't normally let you make installments on lifetime subscriptions, but with this promtion you can bust it into 4 months @ ~$106/mo. if you don't want to spend your whole welfare check at once.

I asked if this was good for anyone or if I was on some special list because I have a few friends that would be interested. They assured me it would be good for anyone who called.
