According to the schedule,it looks like that they will start Frasier from the very beginning, something that they haven't done since it went into syndication in 1998.

What I was wondering if Lifetime will show all 11 seasons of the show? Also, will it still be on local stations?

The current syndication run ends Friday. A new contract begins with local stations on March 6. I believe it includes a weekend double-run.

If I am not mistaken, on March 27th, the schedule will be once again changed:

Afternoon only:

4-5PM The Nanny
5-6PM Golden Girls/Golden Palace (GP begins rotation when schedule change takes effect)
6-7PM Frasier

I'm not 100% sure, but that's what I heard.

Until Lifetime acquired the rights to Golden Place last summer when they showed the final episode of the Golden Girls the next day they would show the first episode. However now I've noticed when they show the final episode of Golden Girls, the first episode of Golden Palace airs the next day. Once they burn through that shows 20 something episodes they will then show the first episode of the Golden Girls.

Would someone please tell me what Frasier has to do with "Television For Women?"<P ID="signature">______________

I heard that long before Lifetime held exclusive rights to The Golden Girls that in syndication The Golden Palace was in a shared package with The Golden Girls in that Golden Palace was a continuation of The Golden Girls only without Bea Arthur and moved to another network. When Lifetime picked it up in 1997,they acquired only The Golden Girls and not The Golden Palace until last year when a number of fans wanted The Golden Palace in the lineup since it was a continuation of The Golden Girls.

The same happened when Three's A Crowd, the 1984-1985 spinoff of Three's Company, was also acquired in the syndication package for a while in that when the last episode of Three's Company ended,Three's A Crowd started and when that show ended, the first episode of Three's Company started up again. Also at one time they alternated both Three's A Crowd and The Ropers in another separate package as separate shows.
