If I understand this saga correctly:
It looks like the Lighthouse Network LPFM application on 101-5 that was rescinded last year is trying to come back, claiming the companies who filed against it are secular and prejudice people who are against their Christian organization. The opposing company argues that Lighthouse is also part of another LPFM application in Tucson AZ, and as we know it's illegal for an organization to own multiple LPFM stations.


This is 1 of 3 101-5 LPFM timeshares in town, the others look to be doing fine, but are not yet on-air and don't have call letters. Hopefully, the right thing is done for each of these three stations...
 
Well does this have anything to do with KROX 101.5 moving their signal further south into San Antonio? Apparently their application status hasn't changed since December 2014.
 
I am not completely sure. Usually from what I do know, full power stations can do what they want and it's the LPFM stations that have to accommodate.
There are so many LPFMs and translators in San Antonio expiring before the end of 2016, it's not even funny! LOL
