Sunday Morning Coming Down--Ray Stevens

I also remember recordings of this song by Kris Kristofferson (who wrote it) and Johnny Cash.

Monday Morning - Fleetwood Mac
Ruby Tuesday - Rolling Stones
Wednesday - ??
Thursday - ??
Friday Night Fever - George Strait
Saturday Nighs Allright for Fightin' - Elton John
Beautiful Sunday - Daniel Boone

Tough to come up with "Thursday" songs, isn't it? Thursday is apparently the "Rodney Dangerfield" of weekdays. It just doesn't get any respect at all! ;D Maybe that is why radio stations always had those "thirsty Thursday" promos. When I was on the air, I usually referred to Thursday as "the day that wants to be Friday when it grows up!" ;D

It's Thursday as I'm posting this! 8)
