Lil Kim Verdict Guess?

Kim Dillon will be sentenced today. Any ideas?

Pay a fine, court costs, no time served.

???

3 years probation, counseling, fine/court costs/restitution. I wouldn't rule out a few days in pink underwear, but given the fact that she was part of the local media, I doubt it'll happen.

If you have one of those ultra-hardline judges, she might serve a lot of time in prison. Slaughtering a public figure, in their minds, gives people a lesson.

However, I think she will probably pay a fine.

Thursday's the day... Kim Dillon hears her fate.

I say she goes into premature labor in the courtroom...how's that for good television!!!

It would be interesting to see what Debra Opri's bill for representing Kim is going to be. It was reported earlier that Opri billed Larry Birkhead something in the neighborhood of $640,000 in his efforts to be named the father of Anna Nichole's child.

Perhaps some of these huge legal bills could be consolidated or be given a volume discount if Lil Kim claimed that she is carrying Larry Birkhead's baby or, conversely, that she is the real mother (or father) of Anna Nicole's baby. ;D

I wonder if these celeb lawyers ever mix up their cases and arguments?

Probation and fine

Former 3-TV weatherperson/anchor Kim Dillon was sentenced today to 1 year probation and a fine of $1000 for shoplifting clothes from Dillards in Paradise Valley in August 2005.

Dillon, who was pregnant during the trial and has apparently since had her baby, apologized while in front of the judge.

"Sadly, this has cost me my job and my career," she said.

The procecution asked for a 6 month sentence but the judge ruled that he just had a case of a pimp (soliciting a 17 year old girl) and the DA only asked for 90 days in jail.

Lesson Learned: Never, ever steal stuff from Dillard's. They will press charges!!!

Any other department store probably would have just made her give back the clothes, used some strong language to scare her, and banned her for life from the store.

Note to self: Buy Lil Kim a Dillard's gift card

Oops, she is banned from Dillards.

Note to self: Buy Lil Kim a WalMart gift card

You can still buy her that Dillard's gift card: she can always shop there wearing sunglasses, a hat, baggy clothes or some other disguise. :D
