Lil' Wayne on Rock radio ?

No rock station should play this song. First of all, it's as much of a rock song as a track that he guested on, Kevin Rudolf's "Let It Rock" - which of course is to say that it's "rock" in the loosest definition possible. Second, all of the vocals in the song are AutoTuned ... Wayne, much like T-Pain and Kanye West, is incapable of singing without use of voice correction technology, and they should all just stick to rapping. That said, I do respect him for trying something different (for him, at least) which is becoming increasingly uncommon in the music industry, but unfortunately it just doesn't work. Musically and lyrically the song falls flat, and I really can't wait for the AutoTune trend to die.

Lots of Alternative rock stations played Eminem,,, especially WITHOUT ME,,, 105.7 THE POINT in Saint Louis used to spike it in, so did KTCL 93.3 Denver, but these stations played other Rap songs like house of pain-Jump Around, and both stations played some Electronica-Dance as well, like Crystal Method, Chemical Brothers, Prodigy... Why Cant Weezy have a shot on ALT radio,,, its supposed to be Alternative, not alway Active Rock, which has become blurred over the years. That new song I love college could be an ALT Hit as well. Its definately not a straight up Rap song,,, neither was Eminem...

Another "rap" song that has gotten some recent airplay on some alt stations is Asher Roth's "I Love College."
