Limbaugh re-ups

Syndicated talker Rush Limbaugh has re-upped for a reported $38 mil per year and a nine figure signing bonus (that's a lot of Oxycontin.) according to the New York Times. The deal is worth about $400 mil and takes him up until the end of President Obama's second term. Limbaugh averages 14 million listeners per week which is slightly less than Sunny 100.1.

Currently, Limbaugh's show is not heard on a viable Atlanta radio frequency.

That's great. But I pay for the podcast. 36 minutes of content per hour. Saves me nearly 6 hours a week and I can listen whenever I want.

I pick him up just fine in Lawrenceville. Cheap shot on the drugs.
That's true. That was terrible, Neil.

Hey, anybody got some good jokes about Bill Clinton and interns? How about a list of people he and Hillary allegedly had killed? That stuff is always in good taste.

Comon Neil, Let the drug issue rest... He's done better than any other Nationwide Talker.. But the Frequency issue is so TRUE. 640 sounds like a Telephone.. Its horrid

I usually listen to WDUN for Rush--for the processing, if not the coverage.

I am certain Rush will quit talking about the Clintons when they go away. Of course, we know that they will never go away.

We're only 12 years away from "CHELSEA '20"...

Neil is correct, Rush is not on a viable Atlanta frequency, which is why I will listen to him on WDUN 550 (their signal does not sound like water in a phone line), or online to KFI 640 Los Angeles (www.kfi.com)
