FACT CHECK
In the interests of accuracy, I have re-checked the facts and the assertions from earlier posts.
Baroosk was not listening to Rush's program. He was listening to the opening bit from Randi Rhodes' February 8th program. During the usual opening montage of sound bites, the program included a highly-edited, out-of-context, unattributed sound bite from Rush Limbaugh. Here is the version Randi aired:

Here’s the little office pool we have going here. You might want to have your own version of this in your office or home today. The end of the funeral, when it’s all over. How may women will be picked up? The next question we’re asking is how many babies will be born nine months from today?

FloridaBear later posted he thought Rush was off this week. Rush's website says he was off (attending a golf tournament) February 8th, 9th and 10th (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). He did his show Monday and Tuesday (the day of the funeral).
On Wednesday, Rush appeared on Neil Cavuto's Fox News Channel TV program. The program transcript records the follwing exchange:

CAVUTO: You know, I was thinking of President Bush and how he must have felt yesterday at that Coretta Scott King funeral. A lot of people were dumping on him, including a couple of former presidents.
RUSH: I will tell you how he felt, happy. These people are embarrassing themselves. These people, the Democratic Party, that funeral yesterday was -- it had everything -- it had everything in it. It had a "Brokeback Mountain" moment in it, when Bishop Eddie embraced Bush, or Bush embraced him, gave him a kiss on the cheek. Then, you had a bunch of Wellstone memorial moments. I think -- do you remember the movie the "Wedding Crasher"? Two guys crash weddings to pick up dates. The Democratic Party crashes weddings -- or funerals. They are now the funeral crashers. And they are out there trying to pick up votes. And it's absurd, if they think behavior like that, disrespecting a sitting president while he is there...

According to the transcript on Rush's website, Rush was on his program February 7th, which was being broadcast as the funeral was underway. Rush, apparently watching on TV in the studio, commented on the funeral in progress.

RUSH: We've got a little office pool going on here, folks, and I wanted to share it with you, regarding the funeral. First, when's it going to end? The other things that we're looking at -- who's in the house? You've got Bill Clinton, you've got the Reverend Jackson, and you have Teddy Kennedy, and those are just the known culprits. I'm sure that there are others who fit the mold. They're all in the House. So here's the little office pool that we have going here. Here you might want to have your own version of this in your office or your home today. The end of the funeral, when it's all over, how many women will be picked up? The next question we're asking ourselves, how many babies will be born nine months from today? I mean, you've got Bill Clinton in there; you've got Jesse Jackson and Teddy Kennedy -- and the next question we're asking, "Will a car fail to negotiate a bridge somewhere in Georgia late tonight, and if so, who will have been driving?"

Read in context, Rush was taking a shot at three liberal Democrats noted for their past sexual "indiscretions". It was a political shot; not a racist shot or an attempt to insult Coretta Scot King, as Randi Rhodes tried to suggest ("You pig. You disgusting, racist pig").
