Deal is for $342 million, including acquiring $12 million in debt from New Vision.

Savannah: WJCL (ABC)/WTGS (Fox)
Topeka: KSNT (NBC)/KTMJ-CA (Fox)/KTKA (ABC)
Wichita: KSNW (NBC)
Youngstown: WKBN (CBS)/WYFX-LP (Fox)/WYTV (ABC)
