Below is a link to a video posted on the TV Spy website (a blog about the local TV news industry) that includes what appears to be the first TV news bulletin on the December 14th massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.

According to the TV Spy site, this special report was broadcast by WVIT-30 in Hartford at 10:26 A.M. EST and was the first bulletin on Connecticut television (and maybe anywhere).
