For general use by readers of this site, I thought I would post a few links for where you can get more info about radio in continental Europe. This is in no way an exhaustive list - there are no doubt sites for all the Eastern European countries, but I only know of a few. There are also many more sites about in Germany and France in particular.

(All of these sites are in the local language... if you can't make out enough to be any use to you, try online translators such as Babelfish (Altavista) or Google, though remember they will translate the names of radio stations literally, which might not be 100% helpful)
