With, from all indications, Huricane Dennis due to make landfall somewhere east of Mobile, Alabama (possibly just east of the border between Alabama and Florida), here are two links which will allow you to click and watch live coverage from Mobile/Pensacola area TV stations.
WKRG-5, Mobile/Pensacola (local CBS affiliate): http://www.wkrg.com (I had tried to paste the URL of the streaming video link itself, but had problems doing so; use the link above to get to the WKRG homepage and click-on the link on the homepage for the live video stream).
WPMI-15, Mobile/Pensacola (local NBC affiliate): http://www.wpmi.com/mediacenter/default.aspx?videoId=113739.
Or try http://www.wpmi.com.
Be aware that there is no guarantee as to the video and audio quality of the webcasts, due both to the expected demand from people trying to access them, and the weather. Depending on the intensity of the storm, it is possible that at some point, the webcasts may not be available due to either power failures or downed utility lines that may prevent these webcasts from being fed to "the outside world".
I hope these links will provide you the chance to see local storm coverage from the likely landfall area.
