Listened to The Breeze tonight and I continue to be captivated by her sensual vocal style. Doubtless the most easy to listen to DJ on the Breeze. She should get the weeknight gig on a permanent basis.

You know, I find it very interesting that ALL of your posts with the exception of 2 have been in regards to "The Breeze" in some fashion. Could YOU perhaps be Lisa? I would hope not because that would be a pity to go to such extremes. If however you ARE, I would have to agree that you doe have a Great Style & Voice not only for "The Breeze" but any AC format for that matter.

Ed Beck is pretty decent weeknights too...

In Lisa's defense...

I worked with her back in 03 during my first go-round at WOBM, and a nicer, more modest person you will not find. She's her own worst critic and the last person I'd ever expect to post about herself. I doubt she even knows this board exists!

And of course, I agree, she's great on the air!

My posts are about the Breeze because it's the station I most often listen to.(formerly that distinction was held by WOBM but I have switched) I am not a radio professional but an observer of the craft since it was a career path I considered, but did not take, over 30 years ago. Ed Beck is a fine DJ as are many of the Breeze air staff, but Lisa is just a pleasure to listen to. I am sorry if my admiration for her work caused anyone to think she was self-promoting. I have never met or spoken to Lisa Anderson and obviously she had no foreknowledge of my postings.

Casual-

Well stated and completely understood! It's not often that you see something "posted" that ACTUALLY originated from a legitimate source. It's usually hard to do, but since the summer is here (A DX'ers paradise) it is alot easier for me to pull in "The Breeze" here in North Jersey. Great Station and for the most part Great Air-Staff. I wish they would stream. We'd NEVER have to listen to that NONSENSE on 106.7 again!!!

My apologies again for taking the "Offensive!"
