Prior to this Hernandez was with KHOU-TV as Anchor and KABC-TV Los Angeles as Anchor/Reporter.


Graham Media’s NBC affiliate KPRC Houston (DMA 8) has hired Lisa Hernandez to co-anchor KPRC 2 News Today with Owen Conflenti. Current plans have Hernandez on the air in early June.

Hernandez is a familiar face in Houston; she was a KHOU anchor for eight years. She recently took time off after the birth of her second child.
