Some time ago (mid-80's), I remember going to the rodeo and seeing a jock named Lisa Zamora broadcasting from there. Anyone know who she was working for, how long she worked in this market, any details?

Lisa Zamora was on the air on the all night shift on KIKK 96FM. She replaced Zoe Hayes who later went to KODA (Sunny 99.1) and became Zoe Bonet. Lisa was number 1 in her time shift until, KILT hired a personality who dismantled her status within 6 months.
I remember the 1st night her opposition went on the air when he said, "12 in a row, FM-100 K-I-L-T, it's the ALL NIGHT CHUCKKER, Chuck Tiller here proclaiming the end of the night time domination of the chick with the red boots and the continuous sore throat on the lower end of the dial. Lisa-Baby! Can you feel the heat?" I maintained that number one position until I left that shift in 1994.

I don't know where she went after she left KIKK.

In case anyone in interested, Lisa is now working for AT&T in Bellaire. The building along 610. She is an OM overseeing attendance and vacations and stuff like that. She is a real nice lady.
