List of HD at -10 dB

Anyone know where I can see what digital power level HD stations are running? It sounds like they could be anywhere from -20 to -10 dB.

This information is from the Radio World website: http://www.radioworld.com/article/sbe-webinar-covers-fm-hd-power-levels/272485

"In 2010, the FCC adopted new technical rules to permit FM stations to voluntarily increase hybrid digital power levels from -20dBc to -14dBc for most stations, and set a system to allow some stations to achieve up to -10dBc."

The FCC treats FM HD radio much as they treat FM stereo. The information is not included as part of the (published) station license.
That's curious.
