Listening to Majic but not hearing anything

My sister tells me her favorite station is Majic 95.5. But she confesses that a couple of times she's reached to turn the radio on only to realize the radio was already on. That tells me the PPM numbers will be great (whenver Austin gets PPMs) but the advertisers may not be too happy with the response to their ads.
