listening to WKRZ

I am a fan of KRZ. It's been a great radio station for many years. I do not live within signal range, so when I can hear them, I tune in. I also used to listen to WKSB 102.7 Kiss FM before they changed it to that horrible, generic "Premium Choice" programming. But back to KRZ: on Wednesday, my wife and I were traveling in Northeast PA while doing some shopping. So I listened on and off for about three hours. During that time I heard an EAS test fail twice before it worked on a third try over a twenty minute period. Then, I heard a Ryan Seacrest voicetrack intro "Stronger" from Kelly Clarkson while "Gives You Hell" from All American Rejects played. Is this typical or did I catch a bad day?

The EAS thing I assume is because nobody is anywhere near the studio during the canned Seacrest show.

I used to listen to Seacrest when they first got it and was always amazed that there weren't tons of gaffes like this. That having been said, I don't listen to it at all anymore to know if this is a regular occurrence or not.
