Listings Go Boom!

I use a TV listing service called TitanTV. At least once per year the listings are incorrect due primarily to DST going in or out. I continue to tell them about this issue but (I'm guessing) Arizona and Hawaii are so small in population they don't care. I would love it if someone more familiar with their operation would tell them, in very succinct terms, how to ensure their listings remain correct year 'round.
