They have a website at http://www.lite1079fm.com/ although it's mostly "under construction" with very little info. Their effective radiated power is under two watts, but you may be able to listen to them on the web at http://www.streamerp2p.com/index.php?i=alpine - this LP (low power) FM station is licensed to EAST COUNTY BROADCASTING, INC, TIMOTHY P. LANGE.

Anyone notice that they are running regular spots?

Unless the spots are clearly announced as underwriting acknolwedgements, that's not allowed on a LPFM.

Plus the FCC database shows them still as a CP with no license to cover app, so they would have to be operating under Program Test Authority, where even PSAs are not allowed.<P ID="signature">______________

Bill Lipis took this pic of the LPFM in beautiful Alpine earlier this year. The photo was published at SDRadio with a brief story. Two screamin' whats of power ... What? What? Yep, that's it.

I wonder how they handle their ASCAP/BMI requirements.

ASCAP BMI are fairly reasonable..compared to web casting
with RIAA regs. I hope they are successful.
