Lite moving to 96.7 w/o R&S or Goss

Interesting that the music is varying so much from when Lite is at 94.9. Who's doing it?

If I had to guess, and I sure hope I'm wrong, I'd say that this will be an automated, fully VT'ed jukebox. And while I would love to be mistaken, I wouldn't entirely blame CC - they've essentially blown up their entire cluster, and they have more important places to sink their money than on a signal that weak. My question is whether or not this signal is going to be divested. I've seen a major list of stations that are supposedly being divested, but is this confirmed or just speculation? If Atlanta really must rid itself of one of its stations, my hunch is that this would be the one - and even if they aren't required to, I think I'd still look into selling it.

Sounds like they should be calling themselves 'JACK LIGHT"

Uh... guys.... they know they are going to have to sell the station. Why would they care how it sounds or if they have DJ's? The only reason they changed was to keep the heat down and so they can say they didn't do away with it... they just moved it. In a few weeks/months they will announce how people can get into the bidding for the station and then it will soon go away... probably into Urban or Hispanic column.
