KZPS has brought back "Little Steven's Underground Garage" every Sunday night at 10pm.

I think it depends on if you like what he's playing or not. My question, does anybody actually stay up/specifically tune in to hear that show? Back in the day they used to play the Grateful Dead Hour and King Biscut, but I wonder how many people tune in JUST to hear those shows.

I used to live for two Sunday night shows.

~ The Rock 'n' Roll Alternative with George Gimarc on 98-KZEW

~ Submerge with Jeff K on Merge 93-3

When I was younger, I used to stay up and specifically listen to the King Biscuit Flower Hour. I'm much older and wiser now.

Both were playing music that was outside the 'normal' format of the station, wouldn't you say? I guess I can understand it in that case, but i wonder how mass appeal some of these speciality shows are. Or are they just that, speciality shows that draw a niche audience.

I enjoy his show, lots of indie flavor. Here is a sample:

1. The Hentchmen “Some Other Guy”
2. The Hellacopters “Nothing Terribly New”
3. Butch Walker and the Lets Go Out Tonites “Hot Girls In Good Moods”
4. The Dollyrots “Because I’m Awesome”
5. Cheap Trick “If It Takes A Lifetime”
6. The Len Price 3 “If I Ain’t Got You”
7. The Pipettes “Pull Shapes”
8. The Apers “Almost Summer”
9. The Satelliters “Why Do They Know”
10. Black Tie Revue “Code Fun”
11. Hell On Heels “Ain’t So Cool”
12. Roy Loney & the Longshots “Baby Du Jour”
13. The Raconteurs “Hands”
14. The Launderettes “What Would Joan Jett Do?”
15. The Saints “Porno Movies”
16. Jimmy Jukebox “25 Hours A Day”
