Live 105

One more thing: I just reviewed the playlist for Live and it appears they are back to the normal sounds. I must of looked at it on one of their bad days.

You mentioned KFOG earlier; Check out the San Francisco discussion board regarding KFOG.

Has anyone noticed they have tighten their playlist.... BIG TIME!
I noticed they stopped overplaying "Get Lucky" thankfully. Unfortunately, now they're overplaying that awful "Royals" crap.

I'm aggravated with Radio right now. I hope they do well but I'm listening else where for alternative.

I was the same way, until I saw the ratings come out today (3.6-4.2!!, still on a limited signal)

I still stream KUCD for Alternative when I'm home - but just the pleasure of hearing people at work brag about 105.7 and Alternative music in general when I'm at work is worth it IMO, at least for now

What I don't understand is that they can take an hour on Sunday nights and play obscure local music, but they can't take an hour, even late at night or early in the morning, and play tracks that are as high as #7 on the Alternative chart

For someone who is into Alternative like myself, its very aggravating to listen to Radio. I agree with you, I do want to see them succeed and I'm excited they are doing well. It's not like I'm wanting to see another WFNX or FM949 - Hell, I just wished they would play what was on the charts and not leave out so many. The new NIN is number 11 and we have Rock 100.5 playing it instead which is sad and depressing. Nine Inch Nails was the poster child for Alternative in the 90s.

If they want to be triple A then fine.....

**I'm on Chantix trying to stop smoking so I have been ranting up a storm! Don't even get me started on politics***

Radio 105.7 spun "Come Back Haunted" 13x this week, and Rock 100.5 only spun it 6x

They also added back in "Out Of My League" and "Trying To Be Cool" yesterday, after the ratings came out - hopefully the trend will continue...
