live 105's morning show

I'm not asking how he kept his job for so long to begin with (which would probably be a better question), I was just pointing out that with all these social networking tools, employers have new ways to spy on prospective employees. Employers may not be to keen on a guy who does nothing but complain about his job, co-workers, and boss, at least not publicly.

I was never really a fan and was turned off pretty much in the first week when all they did was complain about the Bay Area and liberals. I just don't know how wise a move it is for him to continue biting the hand that fed him.

How do you guys think Woody's twitter habit will affect his chances of getting another job? (@thewoodyshow) He's calling out Greg and trash-talking the management. If I'm a PD, I'm not gonna want to hire a guy who turns around and publicly s#@!s on me and his other co-workers.

he did all that while on the show, on the air. trashed management and his co workers daily. why would doing it on twitter affect his getting a job?

I can't speak for Numme or any other PD, but if I had a staff member that was trashing the station in any way via any medium, they'd be gone. No hesitation.

I'm very lucky to have live staff at my station (in Vermont, not around here), and they're lucky to have gigs. I expect them to be ambassadors for the station. If they can't do that, adiós.
