If anyone remembers Wave NY Radio, well I got an email this morning from being a listener of Wave NY turned to Live 99.5 New York's New Alternative!

This new site doesn't have much however you can AIM Screenname: Live995 for talking to them or call a number that isn't active yet: 1-888-LIVE-995

The station premieres on 8-14-06.

My question is..is this radio station going to premiere on the air live on FM Station or is this a full internet radio station?

Wave Radio was an internet radio station but it didn't call itself from any 99.5 FM or nothing like that.

You can listen live..it's more like a JACK-FM Format but better with songs that you can listen to more and sing!!!

99.5 is WBAI, the Pacifica station. I doubt they would go all music, but they might do a show. Perhaps it is a show on WBAI, with repeats on the web? Or (insert guess here)?
