It's interesting to me that, as cases rise in some areas of the country and they set horrendous daily records for new cases in places like Florida (78,000 new cases on 12/30 and 77,000 new cases on 12/31, and they're seeing hospitals shutting at least some parts of their operations down again due to the influx of Covid patients), some companies and areas of the country seem to be making changes again and going back to working or doing things remotely, where others seem to be plowing through it, either from 'covid fatigue', or thinking the Omicron variant isn't as much of a worry, to simply believing at this point that with so many who are fully vaxxed and boosted still catching it, that it's a matter of "when" everyone will get it, not "if" and carrying on with business as usual. As of yesterday, the popular syndicated show Live with Kelly and Ryan has gone back to filming remotely due to the spike in Covid cases. I wonder if this could end up happening with other shows. I haven’t heard about any others.
I hate windows 6 feet part is fine and I am being serious. I don't watch Live Kelly & Ryan plus sports pregame shows are still doing it in studios with a big desk they can do that with talk shows as well. This isn't the start of COVID like in 2020 time for new ideas and not old ideas which windows haven't worked it has been an epic fail. It is just time to deal with it and stop with the remote and be in the studio again.Man up? Is this remotely serious? Suck it up and deal with “windows.”
Or tune out.
