Live with Kelly!

I was in a doctors waiting room last week where they had this late morning version
of the Today Show with Kathie Lee Gifford on. I must say she looked fantastic.

The program predates the segments of "Today" with Kathie Lee Gifford.

Does anyone actually miss Regis?
I definitely do. No one could tell a story quite like Regis.

As for Kelly, she's been a host for 10 years and still struggles mightily. I don't think she can complete a sentence without using several uh's, and um's. People are still tuning in because they keep bringing in big name co-hosts. Anyone who watches the show on a daily basis can see how little Kelly contributes to the program.

If you're in an area where there is a TDBank branch, you can still see Regis and Kelly doing commercials together.

Does not really matter, since in some markets (like here in Nashville) these shows are NOT on opposite each other.

My local NBC station (WPMI-TV in Mobile) usually broadcasts "Live! With Kelly" immediately after the last hour of "Today".

If the last four months have taught me anything, its that Regis WAS the show...it is nothing but a shell of its former self now.

I have heard rumors of Howie Mandel being considered as co-host. I think that would bring in more viewers because the guy is funny and he does know how to tell a good story.

I think it's going to end up being her husband. It seems to me he has guest hosted the show the most times. (Dating back to even before Regis's retirement).

I don't like that idea. I think Howie Mandel is much better.

Howie Mandel is one of those people that makes you wonder just how he stays in the industry.

Says you. I think he's very personable and funny. However Ryan Seacrest on the other hand. Yeah.... what you just said.
