LKCM CE for TX, OK

Hey, this looks cool: LKCM seeks Chief Engineer for Texas & Oklahoma properties, position to be based at FtW Corporate Offices.

https://www.tab.org/job-bank/find-job/chief-engineer-in-texas

Are the corp offices co-located in the same building as the studios in down town Fort Worth?? The bldg seems very small for that.

LKCM has now posted the job ad an SBE.org:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Engineer to maintain multiple stations in North Texas and Oklahoma, based out of our corporate office in Fort Worth. Must have at least five years of experience as a radio broadcast engineer, understand FCC regulations, and be very knowledgeable in all broadcast RF equipment, including several different types of transmitters. Scott Studios Automation and significant IT experience also preferred. Job includes a company vehicle, benefits, and a competitive salary.

From the ad, this job looks credible, very credible. They will even provide a company vehicle too. Which, which when recalling the recent ad for Cumulus CE for Dallas, Cumulus required the candidate to provide a vehicle.

I am surprised by the quality with which the job ad is written and with the benefits, etc.

Perhaps LKCM is better than both Cumulus and Townsquare put together??
