Local hearings coverage

I noticed that after the major networks stopped national coverage and returned to regular programming, both WCVB and WMUR in the Boston-Manchester area carried the hearings locally. I think I heard them once say that they had a commitment to broadcast them. I wonder if the hearings had significance in New England, but it also could have been a deal with Hearst-Argyle. So it makes me wonder if any other stations across the country aired the hearings after the nationwide broadcast stopped.

Is it on a subchannel or an internet feed that Hearst owns? I know KCRA and KQCA Sacramento's Hearst owned stations talk about airing the hearings on their app though it's probably part of the commitment 2020 coverage.
