Local News Anchors on Sunday Night

Who were called in on Sunday night?

I noticed Cooney and Curtis helmed 12 News at 10pm last night.

CBS5 paired Heather Moore with Peter Busch at 10pm (or actually around 9:50pm for some strange reason). They cut off the end of CSI: Miami. Strange that Sean or Catherine didn't show up. While Heather is a familiar face, she is far from a "main" anchor at CBS5. Then again, you never know... ;)

Wasn't that due to the end of the CSI show being pre-empted two hours earlier on the
east coast feed by CBS News coverage of bin Laden's death?

CBS in general last night was weird. Undercover Boss blown out of the water and the ending 10-15 minutes of The Amazing Race preempted, but neither of those will likely ever be seen OTA in Phoenix.

This is one of the times where it was a good call to have ABC15 lead anchors on every Sunday night. Friday is basically a throw-away night and I'm sure KNXV gets better ratings on Sunday. I'm surprised no other channel hasn't followed their model.
