Local on dead air brings a new log - 12/26/2016

KUTI-1460 was in dead air tonight, and pointing the antenna south revealed a new station!

1460 - KCNR Shasta, CA; heard faintly at 2200 PT TOH w/ "KCNR" calls into national news. NEW #731, 750w at 425 miles.
Around 2150 I heard an UNID 1460 mentioning a county water commission and a wireless company. Not sure if it was KCNR, or if it was KION (would be new). No sign of KRRS Santa Rosa, surprisingly.
