Any stations airing local newscast on the hour overnight?
I can only think of 2 stations, WOR New York and WHAS Louisville

Local overnight newscasts

WCBS and WINS have them in New York because they're all news stations. KNX in Los Angeles has them in between their old-time radio shows overnight, along with WBBM and WGN in Chicago, KYW in Philadelphia, WSB in Atlanta, WTOP in Washington (all news), and a few others.
KCBS San Francisco has overnight news simply because they are all news.
Denver's KOA still offers local news during the overnight just after the top of the hour ABC newscast and at the bottom of the hour as well. However I am pretty sure the local news is taped though. Traffic and weather most certainly is taped in advance. So many times during my late night travels around Denver I would be stuck in bad traffic but yet I would hear on KOA during those hours "...you are good to go on the freeways. An effortless drive around the Mile High City". Once I even had made an effort to contact KOA to try to let them know about one bad accident that closed I-225 at 2:30am one night. Nobody at KOA even answered the phone !!
