KDKA Reports that John Duffy, a sports announcer for ESPN Radio has now been indicted by a federal grand jury on child pornography charges.
"The single count indictment accuses Duffy of possessing visual depictions, namely images and video, contained in computer graphic files. The production of which involved the use of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
No where in the indictment does it say that Duffy ever attempted to solicit over the Internet.
Duffy pleaded not guilty to the charge, and he was released from custody on $50,000 unsecured bond.
If convicted, Duffy faces a maximum of 10 years in prison, and a fine or $250,000, or both."
