Local radio in big cities

In Minneapolis, we have Soft Rock formatted WEVR 106.3 from River Falls, WI. Very interesting station. From some of the liners, and IDs it seems like someone abandoned the station years ago. WEVR also seems to run a lot of Local Sports programming.

In Eau Claire, WI, there is WCFW 105.7 which has a similar format as WEVR. The station has a jingle that probably has been used since the station's sign on. (If i remember correctly the station signed on in 1967) WCFW also uses the slogan, "WCFW, where FM meets fine music."

I would love to hear both of these stations, but both of them don't have websites let alone webstreams. What is the music like? Rarities and oh wow's all over the place?

To be honest I don't get to listen to either stations that much. When we were driving through Eau Claire I got a chance to listen to WCFW. Audio was very quiet compared to other stations. If I remember correctly I heard an Elton John song on WCFW. (Forgot which song it was) When I'm able to listen to WEVR they usually are airing local sports so I've never really gotten to music on WEVR, but I know both stations air some form of Soft AC or Oldies.
