Local stations covering the DNC

WSB-TV Atlanta has sent both their lead anchor and political reporter to Denver to cover the Democratic National Convention.

With the high price of everything, there will be fewer stations making these trips. Are there any others (excluding Denver)?

WISH-TV and WTHR in Indianapolis have each sent a reporter.

Is Denver's KMGH helping out WRTV since both are McGraw-Hill?

On a similar note someone told me that Denver's KUSA is providing "local" feeds using their reporters and anchors to the other Gannett stations around the country like Washington DC's WUSA and Atlanta's WXIA...for some reason I doubt it.

WPVI-TV has sent their evening anchor and a reporter to the DNC, with one of the morning anchors heading to the RNC next week.

Well, if they're doing it for WKYC/3, the Gannett-owned NBC affiliate here, they didn't do it Thursday night. I happened to watch WKYC's opening news block at 11, and on the convention's last night, there was no sign of a "customized" Gannett sister station reporter...only NBC's Steve Handelsman and a local reporter folo at a watch party...
