Alrighty now, I have read all these KAGM posts. I decided to give them a good listen to. I hear their liners that say local this and local that.
Is Aggie football from Las Cruces local?
Is Mark and Diane talking for an hour about hooters in Waco Local?
I hear very little local talk by their loacl hosts.

I say Local WHATS THE DEAL!

Whats the deal with a raspy sounding news guy with a name like Dumblouski

I think you could justify Aggie football as being local as there is a significant number of people in Albuquerque who went to NMSU, albeit not as many as who attended or presently attend UNM. So, there is at least some local interest in the team. However, I do agree with your point that just having someone in your studio talking in the mic does not in and of itself constitute local programming.

No, it's just stupid. KKOB owns the team that matters, and KAGM should counterprogram ("news when it breaks, even during a ballgame")

Don't even waste your time listening to that station. They will fail and flip formats by the end of 2006. Maybe sooner.
