Localized Version Of Shania's "That Don't Impress Me Much"?

Is it true that there were versions of this song that were customized for radio stations, but not to plug the radio station, but a jock on the station? e.g. The lyric where she says, "Okay, so you're Brad Pitt," is tweaked to say, "Okay, so you're [insert jock's name here]".
 
I once heard Brian McComas - 99.9% Sure I've Never Been Here Before customized to 99.3%.
 
On a related note, twice in the past week I've heard a dance remix of this on an AC station. Atrocious! And inserting a steel guitar in it doesn't help it.
