And Rhode Island television does it again. All 3 are absolutely blowing coverage of the latest round of bombings in London. They just give it one 2-minute story from the network feed and then go to local news, preferablly the heat wave. Most know that I'm focused on improving WLNE, so if I were the ND there, I would make sure my coverage is the best anywhere. Kinda like the underdog comes out on top. I would stay on the story like 4 and 7 in Boston, through the remainder of the newscast, with local break-ins in programming. My coverage would be better than even Sky News.
