LONE STAR 92.5 College Station, Texas?

Is Lone Star 92.5 still on the air? When did it go to 107.3?

The switch happened a long time ago. Last year.
92.5 was off the air last I checked (in the prcess of, or had already been sold the the same folks who run KSBJ)

I'll try to make an airchek of Lonestar 107.3 when I have time.

Might want to hurry; now that KORA bought it out, don't count on the Lonestar format hanging around much longer.

Just searched this up, wow,! I didn't even know. They are probably waiting on something since the article is from June 6. Unless they want to sell KORA/Lonestar as a combo. It would be good business.
But then again, They could make more money if they went with with something else.

Tejano? is a good possibility, it still has a fan base in B/CS, but then again, they do have Regional Mexican Radio Alegria. Don't want to screw that up.

Rock? Rock has been absent since the formation of Jack FM. Coincidently, Tommy Vascocu (Brazos Radio) is the same guy who got rid of Rock, so it makes me wonder otherwise.

Adult Contemporary? (soft rock), but I do believe it was tried at 101.9 before Radio Alegria and The Beat.

Top 40? Woul just take away listeners from The Beat

Jazz? Nah, it'a a college town.

Mhh, anyone else wishes to speculate? (Uhh, that reminds me, I'll be up in B/CS friday to make an aircheck, hopefully I'm not to late.)
