Long Shot, I Know, But Maybe Someone Can Help...

I was working in Atlanta for a week back around the fall of 2006 and was clicking through some
stations. I came across a guy that had one of the most hilarious talk shows I have ever heard.

He had a schtick where he would interview people while vocalizing all the voices. The
interviews started out serious enough but would gradually get odd, I thought it was strange at
first. Then it became comical, then outright hilarious, and I realized it was contrived.

The show was in the five to eight pm time slot. I am pretty sure it was AM but maybe not.

Any help with who this is/was is greatly appreciated.
