Forgive me I have never hear of this person.
What Boston radio/tv stations was she on?
Did she have an on-air name that was different?

Jean Caya Bancroft, is a lecturer, trainer, author and radio talk show host who has been helping small businesses with marketing, advertising, employer/employee issues and all types of management counseling for many years with excellent results.

And this in depth article from http://www.southcoasttoday.com/daily/06-05/06-24-05/a14lo945.htm

( following is fair use partial of the linked article above copyrighted material attributed)
Jean Caya Bancroft was remembered yesterday as a pioneer for women on local talk radio, a lover of books and someone who gave voice to grassroots issues through her show on WBSM AM.
Friends recalled how the 70-year-old woman's infectious laugh rumbled through the radio station, her kind heart and the patience she showed nervous guests on her show from 6 to 10 each Saturday morning.
Edited by Neggy on 06/26/05 01:41 AM.
