Oregon TV outside of Portland. There must be SOME news, SOMEWHERE. Portland does cast a wide shadow on local TV, but the last I checked there are still individual TV markets in Eugene, Medford, and Bend.

Please offer your insights or general comments. You don't need to be an insider to offer an opinion here.

Do the Eugene stations cover local news effectively?

Do the Medford stations have accurate weather forecasts?

Do the Bend stations have a real local presence?
