Will cable operators outside in OK, LA, NM, or even in Texas be interested in paying the high fees for just 2 football games and Texas Women's volleyball? I'm assume ESPN will probably be able to extort this channel into basic coverage in those areas. I'm kind of surprised they aren't pushing for coverage in KS, MO, and IA (the rest of the Big 12(-2)) if they want to a carry a conference game.

As I commented on the Texas TV board... I suppose they're going to start holding lumberjack competitions at UT for the sole purpose of becoming programming on TLN.

Minus 2? It's still the Big 12.

Now people will find it odd that the Big 12 has 10 teams and the Big 10 has 12 teams. At least the Pac-12 renamed.

The Big 12 will regroup and add two more teams in the near future (I'm leaning towards Houston and SMU).

The Big Ten had eleven teams for many years.
