A Fulton County magistrate court judge threw out a warrant application against WGST talk show host Kim "The Kimmer" Peterson, who was accused by Will Jones of assault against him after a Veteran's Day parade.YOUR PUNCHLINE HERE:1. After hearing the verdict, Kimmer laughed loudly and uncontrollably for no apparent reason....2. By speaking in court, Kimmer tripled the number of adults 25-54 who've ever listened to him....3. The judge then promptly asked Kimmer if he could spare two Braves tickets and a Wayne "No Offense" coffee mug....4. Randall Bloomquist asked the judge if there was anybody he could fire....5. After hearing the verdict, Pete Davis promptly played a sound effect of Homer Simpson saying "DOH!!!"
