Look, up in the sky, it's Thinkingman!

Well, since this message board has become about as lively as a quadriplegic ping-pong tournament, I believe it is incumbent upon me to ask your interpretation of the following Spandau Ballet line, from "True":

I bought a ticket to the world/Now I've come back again

I believe that, indeed anybody would "find it hard to write the next line" after that nugget of lyrical brilliance.

Your thoughts?

Ahhh, the new-romanticism of Spandau! It just doesn't get any better. I believe the loose interpretation of this particular prose is:

"I've traveled far and wide to find the true meaning of life and love, only to realize that the world is a cruel and heartless place ruled by whores and deviants. Now let's dance!"
