Looking for a 1KW FM Transmitter - Donation

Hello,

We are a non-comm FM station that is owned by a high school in Ohio. We teach High School students radio. We have a CP to upgrade our power that is going to expire soon. We are in need of a 1KW transmitter in good working condiition.

A donation of the transmitter would be greatly appreciated, however if someone has one that can be sold at a deep discount, we would also consider that as well.

If you can help us out, it would be greatly appreciated. We are a registered 501c3 non- profit, and can issue a tax donation statement. Please email me at: wb8erj_AT_hotmail.com ( just take out the "_AT_" part and replace with the @ symbol )

Thanks for reading this. -- Mike

What city and call letters?

I know NiCom has some cheap transmitters and amps, never used them myself but I have used there antenna's and had decent luck.

Oh sorry "Brother Marty", we are located in Mansfield, Ohio - Half way between Columbus, and Cleveland Ohio.

Our call letters are WVMC FM 90.7
