Looking for a good internet music station?

At work the only station a can pick up is JACK and I am tired of that, does anyone have any good internet stations they could pass along. I'm looking for a good rock mix. A little classic, a little active, a little hair band, just a good general mix. No hard metal, can stand that stuff.
