Looking for a local satirical song....from around 1979

Hi All,

A friend of mine is searching for a satirical song on the radio from the late 70's or 1980.

The lyrics were something about a guy's girlfriend from 3 Mile Island..."and everywhere she goes she glows in the dark."

It may have been a local piece done by a DJ.

Any ideas??? This is a stab in the dark...but maybe an aircheck with it??
