Looking for an airdate in 1996...

I'm looking for an airdate (or one closest to it) for some promos I have. All four promos (in a single file off a single tape) are for syndicated shows, three of which are still on the air while the fourth is defunct. The best hint I can give is it's from around the Spring of 1996. Also, these promos aired during an overnight movie one late Saturday night/early Sunday morning.

Here's the list of shows whose promos are featured...

1: LIVE WITH REGIS & KATHIE LEE (still airing)
2: THE PHIL DONAHUE SHOW (left the air)
3: ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT (still airing)
4: THE OPRAH WINFREY SHOW (still airing)

The station is WXYZ-7 Detroit.

Here's the link: http://rapidshare.com/files/113220970/WXYZ_1996_Syndicated_Promos.avi (link opens in a new window; follow instructions accordingly; best viewed with either VLC Media Player or Media Player Classic)

The Live! with Regis and Kathie Lee doesn't give me much help. No one really on pimping a project, or at least no mention of a major project.

Phil Donahue is going off the air after something like 30 years. TV.com says production ended in January, 1996; IMDB says, wierdly, 1993.

Entertainment Tonight interviews Tom Cruise and mentions "Mission Impossible" (IMDB gives a release date of May 22, 1996) and talks about the OJ Simpson/Bo Derek bruhaha over in Britain (she refused to appear on a chat show, there, when she found out Simpson was the other guest) . A Google search (OJ Simpson + Bo Derek + Britain) gives me this clue (Simpson was the first guest on the short-lived "Tonight with Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan", which in turn leads me here and a premiere date of Monday May, 13, 1996).

Oprah talking about the film Twister ("The movie that's taking America by storm"), which IMDB gives a release date of Friday May 10, 1996.

I would guess May 11/12 based on the assumption that both the Oprah Twister interview and the Simpson interview/Derek protest took place a few weeks prior and are only then being released.
