I hope you find the personnel you need for that position, I would have advised you to call WVOT because they used to carry Mexican formats on the weekends a few years ago, and had personnel that were bilingual, but with the station now off the air, I don't know if you'll get any legit response from them.

I think it was about 5 years ago maybe a little sooner where they used to dedicate serveral hours on Saturday and Sunday (or was it just Saturday) for Mexican programming. If they still keep records on past employees (using that term very loosely since they probably didn't pay him) you might be able to get a lead on that individual if you are so inclined.

Another thing you may want to do is see if you can get in touch with the owner of WLLY, a Mr. Valdemar. He lives in I think Washington DC and owns a few radio stations, one being WLLY. He actually has a few Mexican stations, and there is word that he would like to change WLLY to one eventually. A couple of years ago I offered to help train staff in how to work in radio so the station could expand the hours to be able to make more money for the station and create a few new jobs. It seemed like an idea that Mr. Valdemar would have liked, but the employees there didn't like it much...afraid to lose their jobs. Anyway, it's worth a shot to try to contact those people. You should be able to call WLLY and see if they can give you the name and address of the owner.
